$ \Rightarrow $ $3\left[ {\frac{1}{{1 – \alpha }}} \right] = \frac{{45}}{8}$
$ \Rightarrow $$8 = 15(1 – \alpha )$
$ \Rightarrow $$\alpha = \frac{7}{{15}}$.
