Basophils: They release histamine and are found in tissues where allergic reactions are occurring and contribute to the severity of these reactions.
Neutrophils: Are phagocytic cells.
Eosinophils: Are important mediate in allergic responses.
Monocyte: At site of infection it differentiates into macrophage to elicit an immune response.
