From force diagram of wedge,

$N \cos 53^{\circ}=k x_{0}$ $…(i)$

From force diagram of smaller block$:$

$N=m g \cos 37^{\circ}$

$K x_{0}=N \cos 53^{\circ}$

$k x_{0}=m g \cos 37^{\circ} \cos 53^{\circ}$

$k x_{0}=2.5 \times 10 \times 0.8 \times 0.6=12 N$
