Give scientific reasons : Autoimmune diseases are different from immune deficiency diseases.

Because Auto immune diseases are due to state in which body's immune system starts attacking th self cells and leads damage to the body. Eg., rheumatoid arthritis.

In case of immune deficiency diseases, the immune system of the body weakens and it leads to recurrence of infections and inability to heal injuries. Eg., $AIDS$.
