How can domestic waste be used as manure ?

According to its nature, domestic waste is classified in two types:
$(i)$ Biodegradable substance
$(ii)$ Non-biodegradable substance
Biodegradable waste such as leaves, ripe fruit etc. should be buried in the soil so that it is decomposed and it is useful.
Non-biodegradable waste such as plastic, glass, metal scrap etc. should be recycled.
