A cricket team consists of $11$ players.
Let its average age be $x$, and age of replaced player be $y$.
$11 x-32-30+2 y=11(x-2)$
$i.e.$ $32+30-22=2 y$
$or$ $y=\frac{32+30-22}{2}=\frac{40}{2}=20$ years
