(b): Amniocentesis is a foetal sex determination test in which amniotic fluid containing foetal cellswhich surrounds the developing embryo is extracted and cells are tested for chromosomal pattern to identify genetic disorders, if any. Jaundice is not chromosomal disorder thus cannot be tested by amniocentesis.
