$=\frac{40 \times 13.6}{100} \mathrm{m}$ of water $=4 \times 1.36 \mathrm{m}$ of water
$\mathrm{V}^{2}=2 \mathrm{gh}$
$\Rightarrow V=\sqrt{2 g h}=\sqrt{2 \times 9.8 \times 4 \times 1.36}$
$=\sqrt{106.624}=10.32 \mathrm{m}$
