A circular overbridge has radius $20\,m$. What is the maximum speed with which a car can cross the bridge without leaving contact with the overbridge at the heighest point ? $ (g = 9.8\, m/s^2)$
............ $m/s$

A
$14$
B
$20$
C
$22.3$
D
$28$
Solution
For motion, $\mathrm{mg}-\mathrm{N}=\frac{\mathrm{mv}^{2}}{\mathrm{r}}$ When reaction $\mathrm{N}$
becomes zero. contact breaks.
$\therefore \quad \mathrm{mg}=\frac{\mathrm{mv}^{2}}{\mathrm{r}}$ or $\quad \mathrm{v}=\sqrt{\mathrm{rg}}=14 \mathrm{m} / \mathrm{s}$
