at B N-mg $=\frac{m v^2}{r}$
$N=m g+\frac{m v^2}{r}$
at $C$   $m g- N =\frac{m v^2}{r}$
$N=m g-\frac{m v^2}{r}$
So, at $B, N$ is maximum. Hence apparent weight of the vechicle is maximum at $B$
