$(i)$ In Australian acacia, leaves are compound and feather like pinnately leaflets are small which shed. Petiole becomes flat and green and contains chlorophyll and makes food by photosynthesis. Such a structure is called phylloclade.
$(ii)$ The mode of arrangement of sepals or petals in floral bud with respect to the other members of the same whorl is known as aestivation
