We have              $-2 x+3 y=6 $                   $\Rightarrow \quad(-2) x+(3) y+(-6)=0$

$\Rightarrow-2 x+3 y-6=0$

Comparing with $a x+b x+c=0,$ we get $a=-\,2,\,b=3$ and $c=-\,6$
