$(ii)$ Compound eyes

$(i)$ Location : In cockroach, at the junction of midgut and hindgut is present another ring of $100-150$ yellow coloured thin filamentous Malpighian tubules are located.

$\Rightarrow$ Function : Absorb excretory wastes from body cavity and throws into hindgut.

$(ii)$  Location : structure having many ommatidia loacted at dorsal surface of heat in cockroach.

$\Rightarrow$ Function : To obtain mosaic vision.
