In India following steps become necessary to improve reproductive health : $(i)$ Strong internal facilities, presence of professional experts are necessary to make the programme of reproductive health successful. $(ii)$ People are educated with birth control methods, care of pregnant mothers, importance of breast feeding, safe and hygienic sexual practices, and $STDs$ and protections against them and proper information is provided. $(iii)$ Various steps are taken to create awareness among the people about reproduction releted aspects with the help of audio-visual and print media. $(iv)$ Various problems created due to population rise, social evils like sexual exploitation, sex related crimes, awareness to prevent such crime. $(v)$ Statutory ban to be put on amniocentesis therefore foetus of female and abortion can be checked legally.
