$\mathrm{F}-\mathrm{F}_{1} \mathrm{max}=10 \mathrm{a}$

$\mathrm{F}-10=10 \mathrm{a}$

or $30-10=10 \mathrm{a}$

$\therefore a=\frac{20}{10}=2 \mathrm{m} / \mathrm{s}^{2}$
