==> $\frac{{200}}{{{v_{400}}}} = \sqrt {\frac{3}{4}} $
==> ${v_{400}} = \frac{{200 \times 2}}{{\sqrt 3 }} = \frac{{400}}{{\sqrt 3 }}m/s$.
