$y=3-2x$
$\therefore $ If $x =0,$ then $y =3-2(0) \Rightarrow y =3$
If $x=1,$ then $y=3-2(1) \Rightarrow y=1$
If $x=2,$ then $y=3-(2) \Rightarrow y=-1$
$\therefore$ We get the following table :

Plot the ordered pairs $(0,\,3)$, $(1,\,1)$ and $(2,\,-1)$ on the graph paper. Joining these points, we get a line $CD$.
