Potential difference across $\mathrm{MN}=30 \mathrm{\,V}$

$\mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{m}}-\mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{N}}=30 \mathrm{\,V}$

$\therefore $ potential difference across each capaictor

$=\frac{30}{3}=10 \mathrm{\,V}$

$\therefore \mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{A}}-\mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{B}}=10 \mathrm{\,V}$
