We have :

$A^{\prime}=\left[\begin{array}{ccc}0 & -1 & 1 \\ 1 & 0 & -1 \\ -1 & 1 & 0\end{array}\right]=-\left[\begin{array}{ccc}0 & 1 & -1 \\ -1 & 0 & 1 \\ 1 & -1 & 0\end{array}\right]=-A$

$\therefore   $ $A^{\prime}=-A$

Hence, $A$ is a skew – symmetric matrix.
