$\therefore \,\left[ {{{\left( {{\mu _0}{\varepsilon _0}} \right)}^{ – 1/2}}} \right] = \left[ c \right] = \left[ {L{T^{ – 1}}} \right]$
$c = \frac{1}{{\sqrt {{\mu _0}{\varepsilon _0}} }} = {\left( {{\mu _0}{\varepsilon _0}} \right)^{ – 1/2}}$
