આકૃતિમાં દર્શાવ્યા અનુસાર બળોને નિશ્ચિત કરેલા વિચારો. બળોનો ઉકેલ મેળવવા બળોના ચોરસ પરના ધટકો લેતાં $\left( F _{1}+\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}\right) N$ બળ $=\sqrt{2} N$ બળ સમતોલનમાં છે અને $\left(\sqrt{2}+\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}\right) N = F _{2}$ બળ થાય.
$\therefore F_{1}+\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}=\sqrt{2}$
$\therefore F_{1}=\sqrt{2}-\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}$
$=\frac{2-1}{\sqrt{2}}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}=0.707 N$
$=\sqrt{2}+\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}$
$\therefore F_{2}=\frac{2+1}{\sqrt{2}}=\frac{3}{\sqrt{2}}=2.121 N$
