Areal velocity, $\frac{\Delta A}{\Delta t}=\frac{|\vec{L}|}{2 m}=v_A$
$\vec{L}$ is the angular momentum of satellite, $m$ is the mass of satellite,
$\Rightarrow \frac{v_{A 1}}{v_{A 2}}=\frac{\left|\vec{L}_1\right|}{\left|\vec{L}_2\right|}=\left(\frac{3}{4}\right)$
