$= \,\,\frac{{3g}}{\ell } $

$  \therefore \,\,V\,\, = \,\,\sqrt {\frac{{3g}}{\ell }} \,\,\,\,\,\,$

$\therefore \,\,V\,\, = \,\,\sqrt {\frac{{3\,\, \times \,\,9.8}}{1}} \,\,\,\,\,\, $
