$S_{10 } = 4. S_5$
$\frac{{10}}{2}[2a + 9d] = 4.\frac{5}{2}[2a + 4d]\,\,\,$
$\therefore \,\,5(2a + 9d) = 10(2a + 4d)\,\,\,\,\,$
$\therefore \,\,10a + 45d = 20a + 40d\,\,\,$
$\therefore \,\,5d = 10a\,$
$\therefore \,\,\,\frac{a}{d} = \frac{1}{2}\,\,\,\,\,\therefore \,\,\,\,a:d = 1:2$
