To find acceleration find $\frac{d v}{d t}$
So, $a=\frac{d v}{d t}=\frac{2 t}{10}+0$
$\Rightarrow a=\frac{t}{5} \Rightarrow a \propto t$
$\because a$ is a function of time so it is not constant, rather it is non-uniform.
