વિધાન : વરસાદના ટીપાં ટર્મિનલ વેગ પ્રાપ્ત કરે છે.

Solution
It is true that raindrops usually attain terminal velocity. During their motion, the drops experience a velocity dependent viscous force which act in opposite direction of velocity and it balances the weight of drop. Thus no net external force acts on the drop and the drops fall with constant velocity which is termed as terminal velocity.
Hence Assertion statement is correct but reason statement is incorrect.
