Solution
The lines are $y=x, y=-x$ and $x+2 y=2$
Solving $y=x, x+2 y=2$ the point $A\left(\frac{2}{3}, \frac{2}{3}\right)$
Therefore $OA =\sqrt{\frac{4}{9}+\frac{4}{9}}=\frac{2 \sqrt{2}}{3}$
Solving $y=-x, x+2 y=2$, the point $B(-2,2)$
Therefore $OB =\sqrt{4+4}=2 \sqrt{2}$
Now area of $\triangle OAB =\frac{1}{2} \times OA \times OB =\frac{1}{2} \times \frac{2 \sqrt{2}}{3} \times 2 \sqrt{2}=\frac{4}{3}$
