Solution
Let, eq of required line is $2 x-3 y=d$
Where $d$ is an arbitrary constant
$\therefore x-$ intercept $=d / 2$
$y$-intercept $-d / 3$
$\therefore$ Area of $\Delta=\frac{1}{2} \times \frac{ d }{2} \times \frac{ d }{3}=12 sq$. units
$\Rightarrow d =\pm 12$
$\therefore$ Required line is $2 x -3 y =12$
