Solution

In this case $n=20$

Arithmetic mean $ = \frac{{{a_0} + {a_1} + {a_2} +  \ldots  \ldots  + {a_{2n}}}}{{21}}$

$=\frac{(1-2+3)^{10}}{21}=\frac{1024}{21}$
