Solution

let $p=$ If it does not rain

$q=$ I go to school

According to law of contrapositive

$p \Rightarrow q \equiv  \sim q \Rightarrow  \sim p$

i.e., $ \sim q = $ do not go to school

$ \sim p = $ It rains

$ \sim q \Rightarrow  \sim p$ is If I do not go to school, it rain
