Negation of $\phi \vee(\sim p \wedge q )$
$p \vee(\sim p \wedge q )=( p \vee \sim p ) \wedge( p \vee q )$
$=(T) \wedge(p \vee q)$
$=(p \vee q)$
now negation of $( p \vee q )$ is
$\sim( p \vee q )=\sim p \wedge \sim q$
