$R_1^2 + R_2^2 = {\left( {\sqrt {{A^2} + {B^2}} } \right)^2} + {\left( {\sqrt {{A^2} + {B^2}} } \right)^2}$=$2\left( {{A^2} + {B^2}} \right)$
