Solution
For line $AB x+3 y =3$ and circle is $x ^2+ y ^2=9$
$(3-3 y)^2+y^2=9$
$\Rightarrow 10 y^2-18 y=0$
$\Rightarrow y=0, \frac{9}{5}$
$\therefore \text { Area }=\frac{1}{2} \times 3 \times \frac{9}{5}=\frac{27}{10}$
$m – n =17$
