$K E=\frac{ P ^{2}}{2 m }$
$K _{1}=\frac{ P _{1}^{2}}{2(8)} ; K _{2}=\frac{ P _{2}{ }^{2}}{2(2)}$
$K _{1}= K _{2}$
So,
$4 P _{2}^{2}= P _{1}^{2}$
$\frac{ P _{1}}{ P _{2}}=2$
